車用卷板機上輥可以垂直升降又可以水平移動，垂直升降為液壓傳動，通過液壓缸內(nèi)的液壓油作用活塞桿而獲得水平移動通過渦輪桿箱、渦輪渦桿、絲桿絲母機構(gòu)傳遞扭矩，帶動上輥的水平移動，下輥只作旋轉(zhuǎn)運動為卷板機提供扭矩，下輥下部設(shè)有托輥并可調(diào)節(jié)，上輥呈鼓形狀，提高制品的直線度。
